Review
Administrative Review
If your visa has been refused, an Administrative Review challenges caseworker errors without the cost of a full appeal. We identify the grounds and file the review.
An Administrative Review (AR) is a formal process to challenge a visa refusal on the grounds that the caseworker made an error in law or fact. It is cheaper and faster than a tribunal appeal.
When to Use Administrative Review
- You received an in-country refusal (e.g. leave to remain refused)
- You received an out-of-country entry clearance refusal for certain routes
- You believe the decision contains a caseworker error (wrong assessment of evidence, wrong application of the Rules, wrong calculation of qualifying period)
Our Process
We analyse the refusal letter in detail, identify grounds for review, draft a compelling AR application citing the specific caseworker errors and supporting case law, and submit within the strict 14-day or 28-day deadline (depending on your route).
