SCHENGEN VISA APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
- PURPOSE OF TRAVEL:
Your travel purpose must be clear, genuine, and supported by relevant documentation. The visa category should align with your declared purpose. - TRAVEL DURATION & DESTINATIONS:
You may stay in the Schengen Area for a maximum of 90 days within a 180-day period. Your itinerary, destinations, and duration must be consistent with your application. - FINANCIAL MEANS:
You must demonstrate that you have sufficient funds to cover your travel, accommodation, and daily expenses. Evidence may include bank statements, payslips, employment letters, or sponsorship documents. - TIES TO HOME COUNTRY & RETURN GUARANTEE:
You must show strong ties to your country of residence to satisfy the visa officer that you will leave the Schengen Area before your visa expires. Employment, business activities, education, or family ties are key supporting factors. - CRIMINAL RECORD:
Applications may be refused if there are security concerns or serious criminal records that could pose a risk within the Schengen Area. - APPLICATION TIMELINE:
